WHO WE ARE

BRIDGETTE WALLACE
DIRECTOR
Bridgette Wallace is an innovative urban planner and social entrepreneur who pushes boundaries to advance equity and inclusion for communities that are too often undervalued and overlooked. Her work is centered on building new pipelines that expand Boston’s innovation ecosystem by bridging opportunity, housing, technology, and entrepreneurship.
As the founder of Dudley Visions SkyLab and G{Code}, Bridgette has partnered with institutions, coalitions, community residents, and city officials to design economic networks and programs that reimagine access to opportunity. At G{Code}, she leads a pioneering model that equips young women and non-binary people of color with the technical skills, mentorship, and holistic support they need to thrive in the technology sector, while also addressing systemic barriers such as housing insecurity and financial instability.
Her passion is rooted in reimagining how neighborhood economies like Roxbury’s can be rebuilt through specialized, efficient, and innovative strategies that drive long-term, inclusive growth for underserved residents. Bridgette’s approach combines vision with action—harnessing community voice, industry partnerships, and equity-centered design to create sustainable change.
She holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning with a concentration in Economic Development from Tufts University and continues to serve as a catalyst for creating equitable systems where underrepresented voices are empowered to lead.
